So is testosterone enough?
Hi, ive been thinking about using steroids for a while. ive been lifting weights for 2 years now and i have made some decent gains but i want more. Ive read lots about cycles and stuff but i was thinking of taking test alone. If i did, how long should i take it and do i need to take anything else as i have read that test alone is enough for some folks. Im really confused with all this cycle stuff and i get more confused trying to learn more. Do i need to use anything more along with testosterone ? Thanks in advance.

If it's your first cycle then yes just test read mate all the info you need is at the top of the page. Test alone can give very good results.

test for the 1st few cycles, yes. In later stages you add other things. Read and learn.

Oh, and eat A LOT of lean meats (chicken, fish, etc) I'm talking like 20 pounds a week or more (depending on your size).
If I (or anyone knowledgable on these boards) had to choose between food and roids....we would all choose food. The food you eat impacts you more than anything else you do training wise. Be-it workout intensity, roids, or sleep. Food trumps all.
If you've got nutrition questions there is an excellent nutrition section on these boards to get you started.

I have been reading a lot about beginner cycles, and im trying to get my head round the whole, cycle, pct thing.. would this work maybe? This is from the cycle for beginners, i left out the dianabol ... can i do that or is it a must?
week 1-12 testosterone enanthate 500 mg
week 15-17 nolvadex 40mg week1-2 20mg week 3
One more thing, how long do people normally wait to start a new cycle?

Research Armidex and Nolva.
You can also look into HCG but that ones optional...though I would recommend it for a faster recovery.

Test is best! Make sure to have an aromatase inhibitor. Ar-r has everthing you need. Liquidex, stane would be my first choices. Make sure PCT is on par. And before you plan to get back on, finish this one first before even thinking about another. Too easy to abuse when you plan cycles way out in advance. Time on and pct should be the minimal time you take off before starting back up. I also would recommend BW before you start and another round 2 months or so after. Good luck!

You should recover about 8 weeks before doing another cycle.

Test only is plenty the first few rounds. I loved my first cycle of test only, got amazing gains.

hi, im 34, 175 -185lbs, bf unkown, 5'8. I started lifting weights again after failed attemts 2 years ago. I started of doing basic powerlifting as i wanted to just get stronger and put on some mass, after about 8 months in i changed my routine to a more bodybuilding gig and its paying off not bad but i just want that bit more. Im researching everything before i even start a cycle and getting a diet plan sorted, i want to do it right and strictly.
