4-5 hours for me as well...it seems like an obsession...lol
I used to be on wristwatch forums constantly, but watches are WAY more costly than gear, and gear makes me look/feel better!

Dido... try its about 2:00 a.m my time, not to mention the 5 hours I put into this board during the day....
I need to lower the Test so I can maybe get something else back up and standing again

I don't spend alot of time at all in this forum simply for one reason. I see the same questions asked over and over again. I consider this section mainly a reference because just about anything that could be discussed about AAS has been discussed. If you can't find an answer to your question using the search button then more than likely your question can't be answered. I do however like to peruse this forum to look for articles posted that contain recent studies about this that and the other, however those are few and far between.
The AS forum is great for newbies, however I don't feel as though alot of newbies put in the time to do the research themselves before they ask a question. Anyways, thanks to all the guys who hang around this forum to answer these monotonous questions.
My favorite section is the AR lounge because you typically see something new everyday. As far as time spent, well...I spend prety much all day during work on this board and most of it is in the Lounge.
