Theoretical Question: Reach regular genetic limit with AAS.

    Hello there everyone!
I am a thin nerd that started training 3 months ago. I am 18 years old and have no plans on taking steroids yet. The thing is that I don't want to become biggest and baddest. I just want to function optimally for work and hobbies. I am wondering about what will happen if I did this.

Use steroids to regular genetic maximum(Some people would call it "natural" maximum but steroid use is a part of nature and by my logic 100% natural).
The point is to use steroids to my non steroid genetic potential, then quit.
Will I remain at my non-steroid genetic potential or will i lose the gains?

By my logic I will keep everything that my body can hold without steroids. So i will lose everything excess, then I just need to maintain muscle mass for the rest of my life as long as I eat enough for my new body.

That sounds wonderful, I can then do heavy work, keep my joints healthy and live the good life.

Is there any holes in my plan?

    On beforehand
    Thanks for all answers.

Provided you eat enough, with sound macros for your desires, your body will maintain whatever muscle mass it is capable of in relation to its hormone levels. PCT will be key, as if you screw that up and end up with lower, or nonexistent, test levels you won't be able to hold on to as much uncle mass as you would prior.

    Are you trolling?

If not, then you would probably need to get passed your genetic limit, to account for the losses post cycle, until your test levels return back to normal... for you to be left at your genetic potential; provided your diet + pct + training + recovery is perfect.

    Unlikely.

Plus your only 18 and seem to be considering AAS seriously, so you will probably screw your hormones and body up and end up skinnier and fatter than before

Aha, and no i am by no means trolling. My secound sentence was about that I am not planning on it yet.

So I need to account for the massive hormonal crash that will occur when I go off.
Would that be countrable by, slowly reduce the dosings over time?

Like after I belive i have reaced genetic max i would take 10% less of my original dose, then 20% of Orignal dose, then that gradual reducing of AAS till I completely stopped.

I see, I guess there is a smart way to avoid this so called hormonal crash. I also guess doing steroids like this would considered pretty "mild steroid use ". The dosage to reach genetic max without steroids ain't that high that it risk wrecking your body?

Come on man are you serious? If yes, then research why you should reach your genetic potential naturally first. No you will not keep your gains for the rest of your life and live happily ever after. That would be awesome in a fantasy world. Steroids are 95% of the time a career long thing. Not a one and done deal. And if you are one and done you will not just be that "size" so to speak for the rest of your life.

Tapering off will have no positive effect.
ANY amount of exogenous hormones will shut your natural hormones down.
Blast, come off, go into PCT. Eat like an animal during PCT, keep reps down and weights up.

The only way to get around this is putting yourself on TRT for the rest of your life. (low-dose shots twice weekly until you die--typical is 125-200mg/week total for TRT treatment)
Not worth doing that for hobbies, imo.

I really wouldn't recommend cycling so young. You run a serious risk of damaging your endocrine system and actually needing that TRT for life.

Define "mild steroid use ". With only three months of training, steroids shouldn't even be in your mind at this point. You've barely begun to train. You are no where near a genetic potential. Spend the next 2-3 years learning how to eat and train properly. These are foundations to your fitness. You can't run before you crawl and that's exactly what you are trying to do. Moreover, any gains you may make on steroids would be lost because you don't know how to eat and train and these two things are essential to growth and maintaining that growth.

Your body simply isn't ready for steroids. You haven't even begun to scratch the surface of your own natural potential!

If you spend the next 3 years training and eating properly chances are you won't even want to do steroids (if your goals stay the same).

I don't know your stats but skinny kids can really pack on the lean mass when their training right. I'm talking like adding 50 pounds of muscle to your frame over that time period...maybe more depending on your current height/weight.

    Good luck.

No joke i gained 50 pounds of muscle/fat/water in my first 3 years of training. But i worked my butt off and was persistent as hell. Not many ppl do that these days. They all want that magic pill. Unfortunately, even steroids are not a magic pill. There's nothing out there that replaces a solid diet, rest, training, blood, sweat, and tears. NOTHING

Yup, food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. Hit up the nutrition section and post your stars and diet. You'll like the results you get if you accept their critique.
