longer breaks = better gains ?

so its been 4/5 months since my last cycle, if i wait another 4 months will i get better gains compared to cycling now ? so more or less if i have 9 months off steroids will i get better gains compared to just having 4 months off as my body has had a longer break ?

Not necessarily. With 4-5 months off you should be able to get just as good of gains but it all depends on the gear and person.

If you wait the 5 months and your bloodwork is good then go for it.

Time on + PCT = Time off, as a minimum. I think other than that, it doesnt really matter too much. Just speculation mind you. I dont remember reading anything suggesting that longer breaks provide bigger gains.

i think the time off formula is mainly to ensure your system is fully recovered from the cycle. not really to ensure good gains on your next cycle.

Gains come down to diet and workouts, without that you can take all the drugs you want and gain nothing. WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK FOR?

It depends on how you recover with your SERMs and HCG. If you don't use HCG you will recover slower, if you use neither then even longer. It's almost about how quickly your bringing your body into it's natural state and how long it is shutdown.

Don't mean to hijack this thread OP.
