hi everyone love this forum , getting ready for a cycle
age 45 weight 245 , low body fat , 6'1" ..... did cycles 15 years ago everything went good got really big felt great ,,, next week starting a cycle of test only ,, going to do 12 weeks , 1/2cc every 4 days ,, here is what i eat ,, morning oatmeal with blueberries and a table spoon of peanut butter ,, and 30 grams of protein drink , this is at 4am ,, 9am lean chicken sandwich, banana, apple , coffee 20oz ,,,,,, 12 noon 30 grams protein ,chicken or tuna fish sandwich , after a 30 min run at lunch , 3pm at the gym as soon as im done working out 30 grams of protein , home for dinner later , and before i go to sleep 30 grams of protein , so im sure this is ok , im getting 3 bottles test 10cc each and for a later cycle i have deca , and d-ball ,, but for my first cycle or 2 ill stick with test ,, what do you think , im here to learn as much as i can never to old to learn ...

a part of this post should go in nutrition section and you could organize it better.
500mg test/ week is good

yes i have the HCG , but i need to look into AI ? and PCT thanks this is why im here to learn thanks

Look for Aromasin or A-dex for your AI.
Nolva/Clomid for PCT.

I take it the deca and dball will also be with test as to do deca with no test is a no no and it would hurt to double what your eating choices are good. .. But how much isn't you want around 50 grams of protein and 5
0 grams of carbs per meal 8 times a day!!!

Whole grain 100% carbs I have to be careful I don't like sugar in my diet . I'm going to add 2 more meals that has good carbs and protein . Thanks for tips on DECA and d-ball .

Monday 3/25 first shots . Test 1 cc and DECA 1/2 cc. This will be 12 week cycle . Next 10 weeks 1 cc of each per week . Then 12 th week test 1 cc and DECA 1/2 cc. . See how it goes

Really not time to start. You need to have your AI and pct in hand. Use the site sponsor ARR the banner at the top for these products. If your running test and deca you will surely need the AI or be ready for sides like erectile dysfunction. Gyno bloating high BP.
The over the counter erase crap is just that crap you need adex for AI and nolva and clomid for pct. and if you think it cost to much you shouldn't be cycling.

Before cycle stats .. 247 lbs 6'1" .. flexed bicep 18" cold ... Chest flexed 49 " ... waist 36" pants loose .. bench press flat 4 reps max 335 lbs ... seated shoulder press 6 reps max 225 lbs .

OK just ordered AI. Iiquid stane 30 ml 25 mg/ ml. And UDCA liver protection / lower cholesterol feel a lot better now about my cycle
