age 45 weight 245 , low body fat , 6'1" ..... did cycles 15 years ago everything went good got really big felt great ,,, next week starting a cycle of test only ,, going to do 12 weeks , 1/2cc every 4 days ,, here is what i eat ,, morning oatmeal with blueberries and a table spoon of peanut butter ,, and 30 grams of protein drink , this is at 4am ,, 9am lean chicken sandwich, banana, apple , coffee 20oz ,,,,,, 12 noon 30 grams protein ,chicken or tuna fish sandwich , after a 30 min run at lunch , 3pm at the gym as soon as im done working out 30 grams of protein , home for dinner later , and before i go to sleep 30 grams of protein , so im sure this is ok , im getting 3 bottles test 10cc each and for a later cycle i have deca , and d-ball ,, but for my first cycle or 2 ill stick with test ,, what do you think , im here to learn as much as i can never to old to learn ...
