    Need some advice please

hi, i have a friend who's roughly 325lbs 6'3" 40% body fat but does work out on a regular basis , he does cardio 3x a wk, and high rep weight training. Hes 27 yrs old.
What would be the best stack for him to drop some lbs? Any advice will be appreciated.
    Thank you

With that high of a bf % it would be way too risky for him to do any type of cycle.. The higher bf % the higher your chances are of bad side effects... To be honest he just needs to keep up the cardio big time and more than likely change his whole diet up.. Show him the diet food section on here.. Diet is gonna be his best bet

Yea, cardiac risk is extremely elevated at his bf and size. I would encourage him to do fasted AM cardio and revise his diet incrementally. No point trying to destroy his eating habits all at once but decreasing amounts of food, and learning to substitute yummy foods for healthy choices is where anyone overweight should start IMO.

Good luck to your friend sir!

He needs to work on his nutrition. Steroids at that bf% would be a considerable risk to his health.
