How old are you?
No it's not the right ones to start with. You should start with Test as a base ALWAYS for the first cycle. Make sure you have all you need before you began anything (Test, AI, HCG) PCT (Nolva or Clomid) either one because you only need one compound, for just a basic beginner cycle.
Test E at 500mg 1-12 weeks
HCG 500iu twice a week 2-12 weeks
AI Arimidex at 0.5mg EOD throughout whole cycle not PCT
PCT Nolva at 40/40/20/20 starting seccond week after last Test pin.

How is your diet looking?
You know my diet is good I am following this guide I have found to build muscle and strength it is 3156 calories a day I run to the gym and hit the tread mill between sets to keep a heavy sweat cause I want to burn the fat off while building g solid lean muscle mass

I think so. Can be other factors as well. Like diet. But with the info you gave so far, i would say it is.
AAS will not help you with this situation. At 20 you have enough test in your body. You just have to utilize it in the right way. When you lift, lift hard. When you do cardio, go all out. But do not do them at the same time.
I'm all for increasing LBM and lowering BF%. That can be the net result of a week of training. But both can not happen in one day at the same time. Head over to the nutrition forum. Read the stickies and post your diet if you like. Those guys will take good care of you.
