    First post quick question

What's going on guys like I said first post so go easy on me! I have been researching for about 8 months and will be getting started in the near future ( test only 400mg/wk). Some quick stats I am 6'1 185lbs 13% bf 31 years old. Getting blood work done next week. I played college ice hockey and was always in good shape got married, a little older, and got a little fat! I just lost 40 lbs over the last 18 months and am trying to add some lbm. My question is I expierienced a slight case of pubertal gyno as a teenager would I be more prone to it now? I've searched around to try to find an answer but cant seem to find one. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Pubescent gyno often has a genetic predisposition. You may be at a slightly higher risk. What is your AI management plan?

.25mg EOD of Anastrozole (arimidex) is standard and works well for most guys. I'd start there or 10-12.5mg ED of aromasin (exemestane) which takes longer to build in your system but is a suicide inhibitor and permanently disables aromatase activity.

Monitor yourself for E2 related events and adjust as necessary. If possible it would be ideal to have an E2 sensitive assay before and during your cycle to keep levels in check.
