    New to steroids

Hello. I recently turned 24 and believe I am done growing so I would like to reach my MAXIMUM potential. I must say there is A LOT of information here and I don't want to read the wrong things. What should I focus learning about? I would like to educate myself on this subject so much so that I can plan all my cycles and PCT. I have done a cycle of test without educating myself, my buddy and I acted like idiots I know. I used 250mg Test and my strength has gone through the roof and stayed. It has been over 16 weeks since my last T injection and I only ised HCG for PCT. I am not looking to bodybuild. I only desire performance. Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction? There are about a million stickies and I want to be sure I learn correctly so that I can use not abuse.

How do your calories break down? fats/carbs/protien. The reason we ask is because 100% of folks say "Diet is spot on" and 99% of the time it's not. In other words, lack of proper nutrition is usually the issue, not lack of gear. But if you want to list a typical days eatings, we can evaluate it for you.

Nothing really happens if you're not eating decent and above your TDEE. Just a waste of gear.

Sorry for the delayed response. All I got is a phone. I had to sell my computer for protein powder and food.

^ unless youre eating massive qty's, I dont see 4000 cals. And you really don't know what macros you're taking.

TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. You need to get that number so that you can bulk by adding 500+ calories to it. Minding your macro-nutrients.

Please visit the nutrition section, your issue is not gear, it's diet.

I cant tell if you're joking or not. But if you really sold your PC for food, then the LAST thing on your mind should be steroids ...

Ok. Well you need to learn how to eat, you obviously don't.

I'll let others chime in. Sorry to bother you, not my intent.

    Good luck.

Once I get my nutrition adequate what should I learn about next? Or slow my rolls and one step at a time? I didn't get xrays...but its a known fact that steroids are acceptably used by your community after the age of 23. I imagine because people are done growing. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

No one can stop you. There isnt an age that says you're fully grown. Only epiphyseal X-rays can tell. I would have given you the same advice if you were 40. My advice wasnt based on age.
