If you're not sleeping then you're going to be tired throughout the day. Without proper rest it can really cripple your gains.

I would look into getting something to help you sleep. I used "Zzzquil" and it helped a lot, It can get a bit pricey though if used everyday but worth it IMO.

Are you taking Prami with your Tren? This can cause drowsiness as well

Worst part of Tren. Felt like a zombie at times but a big strong zombie as well.

You need to get some solid hours of deep sleep. Try some ZMA and/or MELATONIN before bed.

Get generic diphenhydramine 50mg gels. I take 1 of those with 2mg ativan when I can't sleep. Make sure you have at least 8 to 9 hours ahead of you to sleep or you'll get up late! But man is that some good sleep.

since I added tren/mast to my cycle I've had more motivation to go to the gym. Some posts I'm seeing here make it sound like tren causes lethargy. I guess it's subjective. I have noticed the lack of endurance though. I'm having to take longer rests btween sets.

Never that particular product by name but have tried valerian root, melatonin, LTryptophan, mixtures of them. I have never used anything herbal that works like the label says it will. That's just me though. I don't suppose the stuff could remain on the market long if it didn't work. It just didn't work for me.

I think melatonin worked the best out of that list, but I still need to add diphenhydramine to it to get really drowsy.

Tren and sleep for me was the same as my every night sleep. I get up and down 4-5 times a night. I was sweating so much many nights I would have to change three (3) shirts, always two (2). I could ring them out. I also was getting chills, so my sleep was crap. I was strong in the gym and sleepy at home. ...crazy mike
I got lean and lost the water !!!!...cm

Holy cow. I suppose for those with unlimited financial resources and access to any compound they want that might be a solution... Not bashing you at all Austinite but my sleep med budget is minimal with everything else I'm paying for including 600/mo for health insurance.

Sorry. I'm not the OP don't want to hijack thread. Just that I have same problem.

Well, just think of the cost of food. Far more expensive (when done right) than any drug you can buy. Cycling is never cheap when done right. A lot comes along with it, especially if you want to keep your sanity.

This thread should be the poster for anti tren use, or could be. Honestly, I have one cycle under my belt of test e and have been considering tren at some point but **** it. It seems to bring some awful sides, can't sleep, night sweats and chills, racing heart. No thanks, but good thread for me to read. Next cycle, test e only

For some, tren is a nasty drug that they should never use.

Were you running prami or caber with tren? How high a dose were you using and did you have a test base?

I find tren affects my endurance a bit but I no longer suffer from sleep issues on tren.

True.....and burning 3000 calories before we actually sleep might explain why I pass out so fast.

Don't you have work or school during the day? If not just train at night and sleep all day.
