    Test Cypionate/dbol first cycle help

    Hi guys,I just started my first cycle,Im using test cypionate 400mg a week and 30mg od dbol,curently Im in second week at the mooment.Im using test twice a week,and 30mg od dbol every day(planing to to 4 weeks). Im 31 years old,5"11,203 pounds,my goals are to builk,looking to gain at least 20 pounds.
    My question is what shoud i eat,ppl are driving me crazu some ppl said eat everything,some ppl said i hav to be on diet,so whats realy true? My other question is how many reps i should go per musle should i go hevy or light? And when should i notice some changes on my body. I appriciate every respond. Thanks.

    if you eat too much, you'll but on lots of fat along with muscle. combined, you can definitely hit 20lbs gain easily, but i dont think you'll like the look.

    but if you eat too little, then you'll be wasting your cycle cos your gains will be limited. so, to get the best results, like jim said, you'll need the help from our Nutrition gurus.

    training while on cycle, you should definitely go heavy. 6-8 reps per set, as heavy as you can with good form. increase the weight every wk if you can.

    I would say one should have your training and diet sorted before cycle, and that you should not change anything. If it got you to the point that you are ready for aas, it should work on cycle as well.

    I agree with this. I can't figure why you would be at this juncture of doing aas when it seem that you don't have a solid handle on your training principals. So to not get into the should of and the mistakes I will just say to you as to some of what has been said. Start and get your diet in order. And learn about bulk training as per cutting training. The basics remain the same across the board with some different emphasizes. Go to the site that was suggested. Post more of your stats and work out routines. After you have QUICKY gotten up to speed with these sites to read. Post stats and get down to specifics. Most all of us can help you given knowing some more history. I really wish you the best.
