    Why am I holding so much water?

    I'm 6 weeks out and still packing around a ton of water. I can squeeze my delts or arms and get pits. I thought the stuff I was on was generally thought to be less likely to cause water retention? Masteron, tren ace, EQ and a little bit of Test E.

    Last time I was packing on too much water I stopped the tren for two weeks and then cut the dose in half (from 300mg/wk inj EOD to 150mg/wk). But still, I thought tren ace wasn't associated with excess water and that was why people used it during prep?

    I drink a little over a gallon a day and do cardio in sweats...only getting 4oz carbs per day, so not sure what else could cause this. My plan was to try dropping and reducing the tren again.

    Normally of course if you were a man I would automaticly assume you needed to add or adjust your AI. I'm only spit balling her but is it possible your E2 level is too high and cusing the water retention. The gear will not be the cuse of the bloat IMO! Sometimes..believe it or not, it helps to add some salt to the diet. Good to see ya back again...

    Tren's probably not the issue.

    Will you lay out your dosages please?

    Test might be the killer.

    Also need to see that diet.

    Masteron 100mg 2x/wk, Test E 100mg weekly, Tren A 35mg EOD, EQ 100mg 2x/wk.

    Diet: 6 meals, two are protein powder and egg whites, four are about a cup of broccoli and 4 oz tilapia, also one more protein shake (whey + water) at the gym along with 4 oz yams.

    I also take clen and t3 but that probably is not the issue.

    I dont think anything you are taking is the issue..it's either diet or homonal....

    Yeah, tough call.

    I'd recommended separating the yams(carb) throughout the day instead of taking it all at one time. Body tends to hold onto that stuff if it recognizes a shortage.

    Just thinking out loud (and not knowing shit about females and AAS tbh) but tren being such a strong progestin I wonder how it effects progesterone and possibly E in females?

    I've been eating it all pre-workout for energy. Would it really make a difference to have 1 oz with most meals?

    How much water are you drinkig. More is better of course. Sale? Some salt is good but not to much.

    Ok I'll ask it. Do you still have a time if the month? Is that normally an issue?

    Clen normally makes me piss for England so I agree it's more than likely hormonal.

    Androgens induce an effect in the kidneys via vasopressin and ACTH which causes sodium retention. Id suspect these effects are magnified in women, Thats why you should always , man or woman, cut back on sodium while on cycle. I also suspect thats also one reason why women tend to avoid certain steroids.

    Welcome Back Until It Sleeps! I donthave much to add other than good luck. Have you considered switching the Test E to P and pinning 25mgs EOD, or E3Ds? I know you love the test, but at the prop doses, you would still get the "effects" and "feeling".

    I do not have a menstrual cycle and have not for the 3+ years I've been on something.

    Maybe I should just drop the test altogether? I just heard you should run some while on tren or t3 but is that just for men so they can still function?

    I use salt but just a little bit on my foods, I don't do any weird sodium loading. I could increase water a bit more and see if that helps.
