    First time test user

Okay I have been told to wait until im around 15 percent bodyfat to start test and to get my diet right. My diet is good and Ive been loosing weight easily but I want test to add more muscle to aid my fat loss. Also I may try clen. I will be getting s bottles of test E and will either do 55mg a week for 10 weeks or front load 1000 mg for a week or 2 then go 500 from there. If im running every other day and working out with heavy weight 3 days a week should I see dramatic change???

What?? Maybe I'm just tired but I have no idea what you said.

Layout your cycle nice and neat, include stats.

^ no. No need to front load. It's your first cycle, why complicate things? You better be getting bloodwork done before, mid and after cycle with that much body fat. Silly idea in general, especially without bloodwork.

If you were told to wait until you are at 15% but you claim you are at 25% now, why are you jumping the gun?

How long has it been since you modified your nutrition to drive your weight loss? It doesn't sound like you've really put enough time in to eating and lifting yet.

ive been on a strict diet with high protein for a few weeks now and ive droped from about 240 down to 220 with my workout routine. I want the test to help build muscle and that alone will help burn fat. plus every website ive checked test will boost metabolism too.

Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Bioavailable Testosterone and most importantly a Sensetive Estradiol assay.

Might as well get a lipid profile too.

I'm still not recommending this silly idea. How can you succeed in cycling if you can't succeed in the kitchen? Not trying to be a dick but you're not trying hard enough and are very impatient.

^ that's good eating tweedy, what is your TDEE? How many calories is that and what is the macronutrient breakdown?

These are great questions, but also proves my point. These are questions you need to be asking and implementing before you run gear. But that's a thread in the Workout section.

I'm with Austinite on this. You are putting the cart way ahead of the horse. It doesn't sound like you've given the diet enough time to have a real impact.

Are you ready for the side effects from the drugs you're suggesting? Elevated heart rate, insomnia, headaches, anxiety from clen? Increased BP, cholesterol, HR, a drop in libido, elevated estrogen, erectile dysfunction, myalgia/arthralgia and more that could come from testosterone injections?

Give the nutrition time to work. I'm not recommending a cycle to someone who hasn't put time and effort into diet and exercise changes first.

Ok. So set the gear aside, tweedy. It won't expire before you're ready.

Your diet is random. You need to figure out your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), this will give you the number of calories that you need to work off of. You would need to go into a deficit of 500+ calories based on that number, minding your macronutrients of course.

Visit the nutrition section and read the sticky titled "CUTTING/DIETING 101". Has all the info you need.

Thank you. I hope you understand that this is in your best interest. A few months will make a massive difference, you will be healthier and in a much safer zone for cycling. Best of luck to you and I look forward to seeing your progress.

i dont get how u get almost everyone to change their mind about cycling(the ones that should). on my national board, im trying and trying, but they all end up doing shit cycles regardless of what i say. "ur too young, u need to get ur diet in check, u havent been lifting long enough, no no dont use tren on ur first cycle". maybe norwegian kids just dont give a shit...

    props to u man
