    Adex usage on cycle....

    So I'll be starting my cycle tomm. Gonna be on 350 mg tren and 175 mg test prop for most of it. Obviously because of the low test, I probably won't need a lot of adex. I was thinking even .25 mg eod could be overkill. However, I will be dosing 250 iu of HCG 3x per week and I've heard this can raise estro levels. So because of this, do you guys think .25mg eod adex sounds reasonable for my cycle? Pretty much looking for opinions if I should start with more or less. I'm just gonna play it by feel and adjust as needed but I'm not sure how much extra adex would really be needed to counter the estro raise from HCG.

    .25mg EOD is a good place to start, particularly with the hCG.

    Is this your first cycle?

    Nah it's my third. First time using tren or hcg though.

    22 years old and 3rd cycle? wow. How come you're not sure how to dose adex? Have you ever done bloodwork? Just curious...

    Only AI I've ever used. Was just on 500 mg test each time, second time included 60 mg var ED for 8 weeks.

    I'm 24, I've been over this in other threads, I tried changing my age on here but it doesn't work for some reason

    Also I do know how to dose adex, but I was a little unsure if I need that much since I'm only on TRT doses of test. Didn't know if the HCG raise in estro would be that much and enough to justify any adex use. I know some people say you can almost get away without adex at this low of a test dose. And yes I just got bloodwork done. Everything came back good. Total test is 700.

    OP, you should probably do a bit more research before you begin an other "cycle". Read the stickies on the importance of including AI's, PCT, and why oral only is discouraged here.

    What... I never did an oral only cycle. I know what I'm doing and I'm fully prepared for this cycle. Got caber, hcg, adex, and torem/clomid for pct. Was just wondering if .25 mg eod would be too much with such a low dose of test. Like I said I haven't used HCG, I just heard it could raise estro, but I didn't know if it would make a difference for my adex dosage. Wanted to see what people with a little more experience than me think. Other than that, I'm all set. I know the importance of AI, PCT, etc... I'm not some dumb kid wanting to cycle and get big without doing any research lol. I think you guys need to read my posts a little more carefully, no offense haha.

    Is that 175mg per wk or EOD of prop?

    What's your goal - leaning out/gaining mass

    How many kcals daily and macro ratios?

    Is this your first cycle?

    TrenA or TrenE?

    sorry should have been more specific. I will be using test prop 175 mg a week and tren ace 350 mg a week. I'm running the test for 12.5 weeks and am bumping it up to 500 mg the last 2 weeks because I'll be coming off the tren then to let it clear my system.

    My goal is to put on ~15 lbs of lean mass while leaning out still. Don't know if I'll be able to achieve this, but I like to aim high. I'm 5'10" 188 lbs and ~12% bodyfat at the moment. Gonna be aiming for 3300-3500 cals a day. I don't aim for specific macro ratios, but I will be trying to hit 250g of protein each day.

    This is not my first cycle. As mentioned above I've ran test only and test + var.

    And can't say I've read it, but to be fair, I do have some experience with steroids. Nonetheless I'm sure it's a good read and I'll probably check it out anyways, but I'm fairly well versed in my research. Sometimes it's just better to ask a question from more experienced people though.
