    New Cycle Help

    Hello members. I am looking for feedback on a new cycle. This would be my third cycle. A little about me: Lifting for about 8 years, 5'9" 170 lbs at 10% bf. I am looking to get to 190-200 lbs and stay under 15% body fat. My current diet has worked very well for cutting. I will keep the same diet, but double the serving sizes.

    Can you tell me your previous cycle experience?

    Hey Jim thanks for the reply. I have done two cycles before. First was sustanon (250 mg/wk) with a dbol kickstarter. Second cycle was the Sustanon (500 mg/wk) and Anadrol (100 mg/wk).

    I think you should strongly look in to running HCG during the cycle and an AI alongside. What is your planned PCT?

    Thanks again. My PCT consists Nolva for two weeks, and then clomid for another two. As far as the length of the cycle and doses, does it look good? Can you make recommendations on hcg, as far as dosage and how often?

    ^^^^This surely does not seem right to me.

    TDEE plus 500 kcal for bulking / TDEE minus 500 kcals for cutting.

    Here's planned diet:

    Meal 1 (7:30 AM)
    1-1/2 cups of dry oats mixed with water
    1 banana
    1 cup of egg beaters

    Supplements:
    Multiple Vitamin/Mineral formula (Prolab Training Pak)
    Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg
    1 tsp of Glutamine

    Meal 2 (9:30 AM)
    Lean Mass Complex meal replacement mixed with:
    2-3 scoops of Prolab’s Carb Component
    1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil or Natural Peanut Butter.
    1 Piece of Fruit (Optional)

    Meal 3 (11:30 Noon)
    1-1/2 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or sweet potato
    2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

    Meal 4 (1:30 PM)
    Same as Meal 2

    Meal 5 (4:30 PM)
    1-1/2 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or sweet potato
    2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    6-8 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

    Pre-Workout Supplements (6:00 PM):
    1 tsp of Creatine

    Weight Train (6:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

    Post Workout Supplements (8 PM) – Have as soon as done w/ workout
    2 capsules of BCAAs
    1 tsp Creatine
    1 tsp Glutamine
    Protein shake

    Meal 6 (8:00 PM)
    1/2 cup of cream of rice
    1 banana

    Meal 7 (10:00 PM)
    2 scoops of Prolab’s Protein Component or preferred slow released protein mixed with 3 scoops of complex carbohydrate powder such as carb component
    (Note: If you wish to consume as a pudding, mix w/ 4 ounces of water; and stir with a spoon)

    Supplements:
    1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil (can mix w/ shake or pudding)
    1 tsp of Glutamine
    ZMA

    I think you have to many compounds here. Just my opinion though. I would just run 1 or 2 compounds with the hcg during the cycle. You need an AI for on cycle as well. PCT should be Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50. Post up your proposed cycle including AI and hcg along with PCT.

    What is your TDEE?
    Macro Split (protien/carb/fat)?
    And how much kcals do you eat per day?

    Agree!! Too many compounds. You have not done test alone. Why not try that? (As pointed out in the link I gave you)

    Agree with ai,hcg and PCT.
