Hey bros,
you're layout of using t3 in a 20 or 60 day cycle was great. However only t4 is accessible. How would you run it. Im a little confused with the 4:1 ratio. For example, Correct me if im wrong, if lets say toward then end of the cycle you need only 1 50mg tab of t3 you would actually need 4 of t4?

Yes take 4 to 4.5 times as much T4 as you would T3.

T4 requires TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) to make T3. If you're low in this it doesn't matter how much T4 you take. Or likewise if you use it all up it doesn't matter how much T4 you take.

T4 is a waste of time IMO.

Good point, you need to have some carbs in your diet when taking T4 or it wont convert to T3. I have some T4 at my house and was thinking about taking it. I also want to take the new supp gluggg (sp?) it is in SANS Tight and Hot rox it is supposed to help convert T4 to T3 so I wonder if it would be synergystic when taking extra T4. Should do that within the next month or 2.

thanks guys! just wanted to make sure i did it correctly. for the 60 day layout cycleon made up im just going to multiply the daily t3 intake by 4.
Should i break it up into dosages throughout the day like you would dbol or take them all in one shot.

Take them all at once in the morning on an empty stomach. When you get to 400mcg try to split it up and see if you like it. And yes the dosage is correct.
