    Re directed please help

    Hi guys, please excuse my ignorance to date but my rate of pick up is excellent.
    I was all geared up for my first cycle of Deca Sustanon when my supplier has suggested alternative.
    This being Enanthate cycle.
    1ml per week.
    May someone please assist with info regarding.
    I am 42
    5'9
    80kg
    Please suggest best stacking options,
    dosages,
    and or even if this is better way to go.
    Am grateful for all feedback.

    What are your FULL stats? 1ML means nothing, need MG's, not ML's.

    What are your goals, gym and cycle history?

    ^^what Austinite said..you don't need to worry about staking your first cycle. Keep it simple and stick with one compound. Dealers don't always give the best advice..just an FYI

    As newb as this comes across it will only ever have to be explained to me the one time only..
    How does one provide "FULL" stats?
    Are you asking for body proprtion sizes?
    My apologies for having to ask as I feel that everyones time here is valuable and better spent on more important issues.

    Thanks guys for taking the time,
    5'9
    80.6 kg
    B/F would be between 15- 20%, (I think?)
    My training consists of 6 days on one rest day, on and off over the years. consistently and diligently for last 8 weeks.
    No cycling experience.
    My goal is to punch 95 - 100 kg of amassed muscle gains.

    Thank you so much for the heads up, I just came from that exact thread to see that you had posted recommendation here.
    I have noted most relevant beginner cycle and will research past just the Enanthate .

    You need years of lifting to build up the connective tissue or you set yourself up for major injuries. Lift consistently for 18-24 months then consider aas.
