I injected my right delt this morning, never any problems. I always aspirate before injecting. When I pulled the needle out blood squirted pretty heavily. It is hard for me to inject my delts due to me reaching across to each shoulder. I move my injections around. I am also concerned that I lost a great deal of test due to the blood squirting. I would appreciate any replies.

I really doubt you lost much test and this is a common occurrence you either nicked or passed through a vein

You went through a vessel on the way in. If you aspirated you are good. You probably lost a little test but I would not worry about it.

    It happens. You'll be fine.

You lost some juice, no doubt. But it was minimal. And like mentioned, it will happen occasionally.

I usually leave a little bit of air in the syringe so it's the last thing out instead of leaving that little bit of gear that gets caught between the plunger and the needle... Just to insure I get all of it injected and none left in the syringe...
I know I'm a little off topic but it sprung to mind when people mentioned losing gear

If you inject that little bit of air isn't this a problem?

It takes 100-300ml of air into a blood vessel to pose a fatal threat.

Air isn't a problem intramuscular... Air is a no-no when something is being injected intravenously.

I didn't look down one time after, and by the time I did, it looked like I had slaughtered a chicken in the bathroom.
