    First anabolic cycle need some advice

    Hows it going guys i am new to the site and am glad to be here, theres lots of helpful info but thought id ask after doing some reaserch. So i have been training a little over 2 years now and go to the gym atleast 4-5 times a week depending on my schedual stats are
    24yrs old
    6ft even
    Weight at 203 currently
    Bf% unkown but i could loose some more lol

    So my question is i want to start my first cycle soon and im looking for your guys input i want to gain muscle mass and get cut i was thinking of doing a test and deca 12 week cycle i have a friend whos using test 400 and deca and hes seen great results but i was woundering what you guys would suggest for a starter to get bigger well lemme kno guys thanks in advance

    Welcome buddy.

    Body Fat percentage is one of the most important factors here. Please check some online references to see an approximation of where you are.

    Must have BF %.

    How many calories and grams-macros are you consuming daily? Gains are made in the kitchen, not from a needle.

    First cycle, test only is recommended to see how your body handles it. You can add other aas as you gain experience and reach plateaus. As of now you will see great results with 500mg test a week.

    Ok thanks last time i checked my percentage was at 30% that was about 6 months ago so trying to cut it but i was thinking test also so what test exactly i hear test e, test c, test400 whats best for me thanks again guys for the help

    O wait after seeing musclinks pic im definitely at 25% haha thanks and i eat right i think good carbs, protien levels are kept up all day i just feel i have hit a plateau cuz im seeing no more gains stregth yes size no

    Like the two Vets above suggested, you need to adjust your diet and reduce your BF to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your percentage of experiencing unwanted sides like high E2 levels, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Mood swings..ect.

    Excess fatty tissues is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important!

    Head over to the Nutritional Forums and the Specialists in there will assist you in developing a solid diet that will reflect your intended goals and slim you down to more suitable BF%. Remember, your gains and body composition begins in the kitchen, not the needle.

    Wow, hold right there m8, you must ****ing with us when u said 30% cause no no to aas for you until you lose AT LEAST half of that bitch fat!!!

    My first cycle started when I had 10% BF and that way I had the chance putting a liittle bit if which is imo 1-2% BF while gaining so even if you started at %15 it is still not so good since you shouldn't be adding any more fat which you deffinetly will be on test...
