    Review/Very First Cycle!

    Hey everyone, I'm going to start my very first cycle (10 weeks/test only) soon and was wondering what some of the more experienced users have to say about it:

    Week 1-10:
    - 500mg testosterone enanthate /week (250mg on Monday, 250mg on Thursday)

    - Running arimidex .25mg ED up to two weeks before cycle (to get into system) -> ED through 10 week cycle (my anti-e)

    PCT (2 weeks after last test e injection):
    -Day 1: 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
    -Day 2-11: 100mg Clomid +20mg Nolvadex
    -Day 12-21: 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex

    -Also keeping Letrozole on hand in case of gyno in which I would:
    Day 1: .25mg Letro + .25mg Arimidex
    Day 2: .50mg Letro
    Day 3: 1.0mg Letro
    Day 4: 1.5mg Letro
    Day 5: 2.0mg Letro
    Day 6: 2.5mg Letro <- Stay at this dose until gyno wears off



    Any Advice/Tips/Constructive Criticism would be greatly appreciated!

    5'9 165lbs 15% bf

    Eating 2200 cals a day/120g protein

    Benching 155 consistently (3-4 sets 8 reps) max around 185

    Bro you can gain so much more natty without ass. Hit the nutrition forum and spend the next 3-4 years gaining before considering ass. At your age your t levels are so high you do not need them.

    EXACTLY what Jim said. Don't risk screwing up your HPTA for the rest of your life just for a few pounds. It will also give you time to learn more and eliminate the flaws in cycle planning.

    I'm eyeballing your 2200 cals/day and can see not eating enough is your biggest issue.

    Jim's right you know....
    ....go to the nutrition section, post your diet, including macros per meal and total macros per day, and INCLUDE your TDEE so we can bench mark against it. There will not be a lack of constructive criticism, so be ready!

    But if you do want to grow, THAT happens in the kitchen.

    Again agreed with Jim. AAS affects your body's natural testosterone production. Or it stops it is a better way to put it. At 20 you are at the height of natural production. To mess with that would be a shame dude. You risk it never coming back, it at a lesser level. Eat like a HORSE. start making a shake a day -2 cups whole milk, 1 cup raw uncooked oats, 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries and 2 tbsn peanut butter. That's over 1000 cals. Promise if you eat like a horse and do a shake like that a day in one year you will poop your pants with your gains.

    Listen to the vets brotha, I listened to them when I was the exact same age and I am still amazed at the natty gains I'm making... Education is key.. Eat and train like its a religion!

    That sucks because I was looking forward to cycling.. I understand though, I wouldn't want to risk any test production later in life..

    Based on my height/weight roughly how many calories/day would you recommend if I were to start a bulking?
