    Sust and Tren e

    I'm new here and noob to gear in general - but I've lifted for years. I'm going to start my first cycle with my uncle (who's been through quite a few cycles) in the next week or so. I know it's not advised to do anything but test for the first cycle, but I can't stand to put on 20lbs. I'm a Marine, shipping in a few months, and my limit is 228lbs but I don't want to go over 215. I'm hoping the trene will help curb the weight/water gain from straight test when combined with a high protein low carb diet around 3k cals. Any thoughts?

    Lol....if you know a first cycle should be test, what are you expecting us to say? You already know most guys are going to disagree with your proposal to run Sust+tren . Hopefully you've put a lot if thought into your doses, pinning frequency and all the ancillaries needed to cope with tren sides including prolactin issues.

    If your nutrition and AI is managed correctly, you shouldn't have to worry about water retention.

    What's up man, I'm in a similar situation but I don't go out until October. I've done sust alone and gained 23lbs over 12wks. It's all diet and cardio dependent. Tren is a bit heavy for those without a lot of experience, and it stays in your system for a long time. I would suggest simply going with prop for 8wks, if you diet right you'll gain only lean mass with just about any cycle.
