    do i need to run prop longer than NPP ?

    do i need to run my prop longer than NPP if so how much longer ?

    most guys who did prop for a week longer or 2 said its better and recovery was faster

    Actually that's just me being lazy. The half life is 4.5 for Phenylprop days compared to 3 days for Prop. But certainly not necessary to run a wk or two longer.
