How long before fertile again after cycle

Hey everyone new here and looking forward to getting some great info. I'm 24 and I'm in my pct now for a straight test cycle
My cycle
Test e 500 Mg a week for 12
Hcg 250iu e3d for weeks 10-12
Hcg 500iu e3d for weeks 13-14
Nolvadex 60 week 15 then 40 for 16-17 20 for 18 10 for 19
I'm currently on first day of nolvadex

Also first cycle in 4 years did a smaller test cycle years ago

Now me and my wife are wanting to have another kid so I can't start another cycle until she gets prego. So I'm wanting to know if anyone knows about when ill be back on with good sperm?
Also what's y'all suggestions for a short first time cutting cycle for when she gets prego?

So what about a cut cycle like anavar would that shut me down?
Read up on anavar a bit it seems like a pretty good sup for all year with little sides at moderate dosage

Yea sperm freezing is the best idea.. I got it done when i was 19 as a just incase. I dont need it as i still impregnated a bird recently but its good to have as a just incase.byou just have to pay a yearly fee..

No offense man, but that doctor has no scientific evidence backing up that claim of his. Steroids are known to decrease sperm count in men, but there is nothing suggesting an increase in miscarriages.

Additionally I wouldn't bet on sterility I've conceived 2 children while on heavy cycles. The second was after continuous use for half a decade.

Out of the blue this thread just answered a question my wife and I have been throwing around for years. She had lost her pregnancy while I was on a test E / deca/ dbol cycle years back and it really threw us for a loop because we were both tested before we tried and our doctors said we were both very fertile. I had brought the subject up of my gear use after to her but never really did the research to prove it. I could be wrong but I suspect it had something to do with the outcome. We have since had another child and my situation may be different then yours but, it seems that my system was back on line 6-8 months after I finished my PCT. Our daughter is perfectly healthy BTW which is a blessing. Good luck to you both.

No offense taken, when she told me that I told her I that it was bs and I had never read anything on that. Good to know no one else can find anything.
I don't understand how someone could make that claim without knowing for certain. Especially since it was a doctor.

It took 6 months after my first cycle for my sperm to return to normal. They were deformed..two heads or tails, larger or smaller than normal and slower. We too were trying to conceive. 6 months for me.

So general consensus is it takes time. Got my sperm tested shortly after cycle n 75% of my aperm were missing heads or whatever. So your saying this could get better?

It did for me. Again there's no guarantee but yes it should work out with time.

Appreciate the help everyone looks like this is a worry that a lot of people have. Looks like I just get to practice a lot until it happens.
