What do i need to take after my test cycle to avoid sides and what should i take while im on test???

At 25% BF you should concentrate on your diet before anything else.
You need to adjust your diet and reduce your Body Fat to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your likelihood of experiencing unwanted sides attributed to high E2 levels like, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Increased Heart Rate, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Changes to your Cholesterol Factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC) and Mood swings...ect.
Excess fatty tissue is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important! http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11511861

ya I know about the diet, my diet is perfect. Im waiting a few months i just want to get everything together. so what do i need?

At 25% bf all you need is a good diet and cardio bro.And while you are cutting down read the stickys and all your questiods will be answered.

look guys. i got the diet under control.... ive already been told about the diet. im not using test for a few months.. what will i need???

You will need an AI, HCG on cycle. Post cycle you will need Nolva and clomid.

Meal One- 10 egg whites, scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 3 rice cakes, 24 oz water
Meal Two- 6-oz skinless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grits, 6 oz yams, 1 cup of steamed asparagus, 24 oz water
Meal Three- 6-oz water-packed tuna, 1 cup brown rice, 1 sliced cucumber, 24 oz water
Meal Four- 6-oz perch fillet, 1 cup barley, 6-oz baked potato, 1 cup steamed green beans, 24 oz water
Meal Five- 6-oz pork tenderloin, 1 cup brown rice, 6-oz sweet potato, 1 cup peas, 24 oz water
Meal Six- 10 egg whites, scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 24 oz water. ive copied dwayne johnsons diet and execise to the T. thats what i have been doing. just tell me what i need post cycle and why im on test.

You'll first need to relax. Then you'll need to read a LOT since you have zero cycle experience. So please do your homework and research like the rest of did. No spoon feeding here bro. Read, rtead , and read some more.
THEN ask questions based upon your research. Its the only way youre going to absorb anything...seriously.
