First True Bulking Cycle
I took the advice of a member here in creating what is my first true cycle. I'm in day 3. Cycle looks like this. The cycle wasn't supposed to include Dbol but I had some lying around and I figured it couldn't hurt.
DBOL 50mg split up throughout the day 1-6
Test 150 eod 1-12
Arimidex .25 eod
NOLVA 40/40/20/20
CLOMID 100/50/50/50
My calorie in take is 3,200 right now. I'm going to increase on a week by week basis.
My one question so far would be in regard to the dbol. I haven't felt any pumps yet. I know its only day three but last time I took it the effects were almost immediate. Would this be due to the Arimidex? I have put on a half a pound roughly.

You gonna run HCG along with this cycle, it's also recommended and important.

Body type is ecto-endo. Wide upper body narrow waist. I eat healthy and have been working out for a while. I'm pretty slim mostly because I was a track and field athlete and my routine was mainly cardio.

^ Honestly, I wouldn't touch anything but food at this stage. Too light of a base to build onto and injury wouldn't be surprising. I'd visit the nutrition section and have the pro's critique your diiet, focus on that for a while and that will give you more time to research cycles.
Best of luck to you.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Appreciate the advice and I hear what your saying for sure. But I feel my nutrition is pretty good it just that my metabolism is a beast. As far as muscularity I look bigger the my stats would suggest. I mean would it be terrible to continue on this cycle and see how it goes?

My goal with this cycle was to put on some quality lean mass and 10- 15 pounds. Then go back to natural supplementation and see how well I keep the gains I made before going on another cycle.

Well my normal calorie intake varies between 3,000 - 3,500 a day. I don't eat any junk food, I don't smoke etc. I take in about 150g - 200g of protein a day. I eat a lot of carbs as well generally right after my workouts.

Okay thanks. Yeah I will take a look at that section. I admit I should and could use more knowledge in that area. Thanks again.

What the f uck is 145 m8, stop aas cause they are to go beyond your natural limits not to achieve them and just because I know you gona run your cycle no matter what we say split the aromasin pill into to two and pop it 12,5 ed not 25 eod and yes hcg is essential, it will take much longer for your natural levels to come back online so yes u need HCG for sure if you ask me, its' driving a car without your seatbelt fastened...

If people only took aas to get past their natural limits then the only people taking aas would be professional bodybuilders. I would say over 95% that take was have not reached their natural limitations. At the end of the day i know what you are saying and why your are saying it. I'm just saying that I work out frequently and for long period of time. Even though i think I could have a better nutrition plan i still know I eat healthier than most people. I just think its unfair to say you have t be big in the first place to take sups.
