    Hi to all... i have 35 years , i training about 10 years I already did a few cycles, but since a long time.
    Now with my 35 years i have some question.
    which are the best steroids for my age?? enanthate , deca durabolin , stano , primobolan ... ??
    and because of my age my cycles have to be shorter?

    What is you cycle history?

    Stats including height, weightg, BF%?

    I concur. I was 48 when I did my first cycle. I'm glad I waited til later in life. Never felt better. Feel like I'm 16 again! I don't think u can go wrong with a Test only cycle since ur coming off a long layoff. Test Cip, Of Test E. Start at 500 mg a week. U don't want to do too many compounds in case of side effects. Have a good AI, like Armidex and certainly don't forget ur PCT. Nolvadex and Clomid 40/40/20/20 and 70/70/35/35.

    i have 1,60 ang 69kg 14%BF ... i alredy did 6 , 7 cycles and i use enanthate , primobolan , stano , deca , durateston , dianabol.... my last cycle was 1 year ago .
    my goal is gain mass without much loss after tpc, for that I need a "solid drug"
    I thought about primobolan 400mg +enanthate500 mg 8 weaks but primobolan is very rare and its have a lot fakes ... deca durabolin is a common and easy to buy , but I don't know if your earnings are solid, there is a lot retention and i will lose much weght after tpc or am I wrong?

    Forgive me if I am not converting correctly but 69 kg = 151 lbs. is that correct? That's your weight?
    If so and you have done 6-7 cycles you are not doing something right.

    35, you're still a young pup. I would recommend just a straight Test Enthate cycle 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, rest 2 weeks, PCT clomid 100/50/50/50 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20. HCG 250iu twice a week and an AI 25mcg every other day. Eat clean, workout hard.

    You are correct capebuffalo... I did cycles with no knowledge, no tpc and this is something that can not happen... my last cycle is correct , had tpc, i finish with 165,3lbs , but i had a health problem and lost a lot of weight.
    Now i want a correct cycle because this im here.
    ScothGuard , i dont need any androgenic to use with testo?? and hcg is essentially, the SERMs are not resolved?

    Before the bath = 10:00

    30g Whey
    1 tablespoon of honey.


    10:30 = After the bath

    2 bananas
    2 scoop oat
    2 slices of whole wheat bread with turkey breast and white cheese
    1 cup of black coffee without sugar


    11:30 = Training


    12:30 = Pos = Workout Shake

    1 of Whey
    2 Ccolher MCT
    10 grams of glutamine


    13:30 = Lunch

    200 grams of rice
    150 g of lean meat
    Salad comfortable with a tablespoon of olive oil
    1 cup natural juice (orange, passion fruit, pineapple, lemon)


    15:30 Afternoon Snack = 1

    2 slices of whole wheat bread
    1 banana
    2 slices of turkey breast
    1 tablespoon cottage


    18:30 = Dinner

    200 grams of rice
    150 g of lean meat (fish or chicken)
    Salad comfortable with a tablespoon of olive oil
    1 cup natural juice (orange, passion fruit, pineapple, lemon)


    21:30 = Night Snack

    Chicken Salad
    200 chicken with white cheese and leaves.
    1 tablespoon olive oil


    00:30 = Shake

    45 grams of albumin
    1 cup skim milk

    You are eating way to many sugar m8, did I count it wright or are you eating 3 bananas a day plus fruit juice!!!

    Cut that banana to 1 and no juice of you ask me m8, it all sugar...
