Hi guys,
I wonder if you can help me,
I have decided to go and train in Thailand for 8 weeks. I am hoping to get some gear while I'm there. I have done gear before but not for quite a few years.
I will be training 5 hours of muay Thai a day plus weight sessions. 6 days a week. Could anyone please suggest a decent cycle to run?
Anything you could help with would be massively appreciated.
