new`here looking at cycles- advice please!

Hey everyone a bit about me I am 25, 210 pounds 6`4 (8-9%) been lifting for quite a while now and was looking to start a cycle someday soon hopefuly. I want to add a bit of mass and lose BF%. I was thinking of Using Anavar at 50-60 MG ed. I know var can still shut you down, but just a question, if you were to run var only for 8 weeks at say 60MG per day along with 250iu HCG 2x per week would test be necessary or could the HCG keep the boys working fine.? I just want to have a simple cycle to start. var should give decent results for what Im looking for with hopeful limited sides. Basically just dont want gyno or acne lol.

also for the cycle i listed above would you still use both Nolvadex and Clomid?

If that wouldnt work would this too much for a first cycle:

Test E, 250mg 2x per week (8weeks)
Anavar at 50-60 MG ed (8 weeks)
250iu HCG 2x per week (6 weeks)
Nolva (week 9-11) (not sure proper dose)
Clomid (week 9-11) (not sure proper dose)

So test P is better for a shorter cycle? Im hoping to keep it around 8 weeks.

Yea but prop can hurt and not really recommended for first go around because of that. Virgin muscle will hurt with any compound, even the long esters. Plus the more frequent pinning which most new guys are opposed to.

aggh I see, Im not scared of pinning. Hard to believe it would actually hurt but it makes sense.

HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin and keeps your own test production alive while on cycle.
500iu every 3rd or 4th day is sometimes used while on cycle.

AI stands for Aromatase Inhibitor and prevents androgens such as test to aromatize into estrogen.
0,5 is sometimes used on cycle to lower estrogen conversion by 50%.

PCT stands to Post Cycle Therapy
This is the most important part, if you want to start up your system again, but since you're on HCG while cycling, I wouldn't know if you should use it as PCT too.
Usually Nolvadex/Tamixofen or Clomid/Clomifene is used.

Nolvadex is know to effect cognitive function the bad way, and possibly give cancer.
It binds to estrogen making it inactive, and inhibits the estrogen receptors in the breat tissue.

Clomid on the other hand, only binds to the estrogen hormone.
One of Clomids side effects, is that it blurs you vision.
