HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin and keeps your own test production alive while on cycle.
500iu every 3rd or 4th day is sometimes used while on cycle.
AI stands for Aromatase Inhibitor and prevents androgens such as test to aromatize into estrogen.
0,5 is sometimes used on cycle to lower estrogen conversion by 50%.
PCT stands to Post Cycle Therapy
This is the most important part, if you want to start up your system again, but since you're on HCG while cycling, I wouldn't know if you should use it as PCT too.
Usually Nolvadex/Tamixofen or Clomid/Clomifene is used.
Nolvadex is know to effect cognitive function the bad way, and possibly give cancer.
It binds to estrogen making it inactive, and inhibits the estrogen receptors in the breat tissue.
Clomid on the other hand, only binds to the estrogen hormone.
One of Clomids side effects, is that it blurs you vision.
