Please rate my cycle and expand on it if you can

    Wk 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate = 200mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg EOD – monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1- 12.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk day before test injection.

    PCT
Begins wk 13 to wk 17

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20 I've read up on all the products used here and sounds good to me all I am worried about is the whole estrogen levels I have read that you can completely eliminate them with serms throughout the cycle and this can cripple your gains so I was wondering should I get blood work done often to test for my levels?

Good job Dougie. Looks good. You can take your AI up to PCT. PCT is 2 weeks after last test injection. Enjoy.

^ No one needs that much protein. Ever.

Can you post exactly what you eat? I'm interested in a 6k calorie diet.

Jeezus I would swell up like a tick with that much food. Do you know what your TDEE is. It's possible you will gain a substantial amount of fat on this diet...

Well calculated is 3500 but also at work its physical so I would add another 1000 Max but I don't eat everything like this all day when I work out its maybe 5500 and when I go to the gym it's maybe 6000 but like I said I don't follow the diet perfectly if you have tips of a certain diet I should follow I would appreciate it a lot but I change it up I have 4 cups cottage cheeses and peaches in the am then peanut butter and whole wheat bread and 3 bannanas always and lunch varies but still a good amount usually 2 chicken breasts potatoes some veggies snack about one and a half hours later an dinner is the smallest but high protien similar to lunch just smaller portions with fruit for snack after and between meals pro 7 shakes one when I wake up one at lunch or after gym and one befor I go to bed its only an extra 390 calories a day which I take away for daily intake by making subtractions from my daily diet

Thanks man but pro 7 isn't gainer it's literally only 390 calories just helps with amino acid and nitrogen retention along with helping your body to process protein more effectively but I'm looking into IF if anyone has idea on that subject please lemme know also easy guide to macros?

That's seems a bit overkill man... You can make great gains at like 500cal over maintainence there's no need for 6K... Not only is it too expensive but I can't imagine eating that much in a day lol. Plus you've got fats over 200g a day? Dial it down and focus on macros more than volume
