    Starting first cycle questions

    I'm at 19% bf..I know I know don't start til 15% but I'm gonna cheat
    I'm gonna take test e with dbol and I want to just change the appearance of my body I also bought estroblox to take everyday for peace of mind . I've heard of hcg and wanted to know if anyone has used it or is it a waste... Also has anyone seen results of getting shredded of the 1st cycle and slimmed down while getting bigger? I guess I mean I just want muscle definition in my chest and arms ..what do you guys think

    Dbol is not what you're looking for then bro. It's gonna add mass, for sure, but a lot of its going to be water weight. It's actually about the exact opposite of what I would recommend for lean gains.
    As for slimming while gaining? That's tough. And all diet. If your diet can't get you below 15% bf you aren't going to be able to slim or even cleanly bulk with a cycle...

    I agree with Mickey that you are too young and wat you want to do can easily be done without aas.Why risk messing up your body with a lil effort you can do it naturally.

    I'll give u a straight answer. Even with roids, you have a long road ahead of you. In 2 months, you'll most likely look like shit and be covered in acne. Chicks dig acne right? Wrong... And dbol is a terrible choice.

    Tell you what tho.... Follow the advice of the men here, head over to nutrition section and I'll bet my entire stash that next year (if you follow advice, hold off on gear and work on diet) you'll be looking solid for the beach. Guaranteed if you follow advice, and no chance if you do it your way.

    Still not smart. High bf WILL increase unwanted sides. You can do a natural cut and kill that bf in 2 months and look shredded. Post a pic and let's see what your working with. Black out your face obv. I bet you could look ripped in a couple months without gear if your only 19%

    No, you need to follow the advice given. If you wanted to be beach ready, you should have thought about this a year ago! Steroids aren't the magic beans you are making them out to be. You need to work on diet and exercise.

    You don't know how to cycle properly and do more harm than good to yourself. Acne, water retention/bloating, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction are very real possibilities.

    These guys are giving you all the right tools. Head over to the nutrition forum and get your diet sorted out. You don't need aas to get lean trust me

    The natural cut stack of diet and hard work brah! Best kind there is!

    Caloric deficit of 350 Cals. Low fat low carb. Hiit cardio or fasted cardio.

    FYI my wife lost 21lbs in 2 months all body fat! And she's a wimp lol just kidding she often whoops my as$

    Here is what I propose you do:

    Multiply LBM by 15 example

    170lbs @ 15%
    = 170 x (1-.15)
    = 170 x .85
    =144.5lbs LBM (lean body mass)

    144.5 x 15= 2167.5 cal per day MAINTENANCE (total daily energy expenditure)

    -350 Cals daily = NATURAL CUTTING!
    + 350 Cals daily = natural bulking

    If no progress from here, your cheating on your diet or you are off with the calculation and need adjusting of Cals further.

    Anything further from here should be discussed in a new thread made by you in the nutrition section. Post a link here or somehow show me the thread and I'll be glad to help any way I can.
