Best way to do that is to have a good diet, lift heavy and do some cardio. You are 21 y o. You have enough test free test in your body.

Best you head to the nutrition forum, those guys will surely be of some good help.
Very high protein foods with low fat and carbs. Lots of water. Pre-workout. Protein powder. Creatine. Fish oils. Animal pack multi vitamins. I been doin this for awhile and i am gettin bigger and more cut

Between 21 and 23 were where I made the best gans naturally. I put on about 25 lbs in that time frame and competed in my first bodybuilding show. All it took was a little adjusting with my diet/workout routine and some hard work. I'm thankful I stayed natural as long as I did!
Many of these posts are right. If your going to do a cycle anyway, please do a shitload of research on diet/lifts/cycles etc Don't go into it without knowing all that you can.
trust me im doing a shitload of research before i do anything. im getting my diet right and im definately reading into what lifts to do etc.
im not in a rush for this to happen just want to gather info on all this stuff..
would you be running test ace and test prop together?
