please review my cycle
Height 5'7
Weight 161.2
Age 20
Been lifting for a year 1/2
Bodyfat maybe 15%
3000-3300 calories
170+ grams of protein
1-3 week
Super dmz rx 2.0 2 pills am/pm
Advance support cycle 2 pills am/pm
Milk thisle 2 pills am/pm
Creatine 2 grams
Fish oil 1 pill
Week 4
Uprising 2.0 2 pills am/pmw
Advance support 2 pills am/pm
Milk thisle 2 pills am/pm

This is my 1st cycle I know I'm harsh but its the route I'm going I got the pills for free. I know s drol is very harsh. I've done my research. I plan to do. Like work after my pct. I'm looking for advice on my cycle

Pro Hormones are so bad for you.... Way worse than steroids . Plus your pct sucks. If you're not using clomid AND nolva then nolva alone is the correct choice. Not clomid alone. Please reconsider. You are a few years shy of where you need to be to start. And your frame is too small
Hit the nutrition section and learn to eat better. You can certainly gain 15-20lbs over the next year or two without and steroids

Are you serious a whole year and and half of training and looking to use steroids / prohormones. Please visit the nutrition and exercise forums. This will be the best way to get the gains your looking for.

Listen up Frankie. That DMZ garbage will wreck your kidneys and have you pissing orange juice. Two friends did it and they both felt like their bodies were shutting down. They stopped immediately before it was too late.
And if that's not enough, you're too young and haven't been working out long enough to build muscle and tendon strength. You could easily injure yourself becuase of your lack of time in the gym.
If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.
Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!
