    20 6 feet work out 3 times a week never used aas no idea bf% but im a little chunky if that helps. No idea on those 3 words

    Steroids aren't magic--they won't give you the results you want if you don't eat properly.
    You'll get bigger...but not in the way that you want.

    Please do not think about aas for now and go with supplementation!

    Try working out more than 3 days a weeks, nutrition and exercise fastest way to results, no supplement can compete with that

    I'm new too man but my advice is get down to 15 percent body fat first and look up what ai pct and hcg are and read a lot I've been only going to the gym 4 times a week but diet is where it's at bro I say 70 percent diet 30 training really without a good diet for what your looking to achieve without the diet you will not get results and at 20 you have enough test to see great gains also if you can wrap your head around it look up macros and IF also find your tdee's and find a diet that works for your intake I have some links to good sites if your interested but hold off on the cycle until that's all in check and either your natural gains have stopped or your close to ur peak

    I advise you to slow down you want to start quick and get fast results and I'm sorry to tell you by that statement it shows that you are young and naïve. Not bashing you but take a step back and read some of the stiky's on nutrition and training. Please know that nothing comes fast and there isn't much in life worth anything that you can just JUMP IN quick. ...crazy mike
