    3rd Day of clen/t3

I have been following jack's schedule for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with clen/t3. No noticeable side effects on the subject except what he noted, feel like a little furnance at times lol. One thing i have noted though is a decrease in appetite. I am headed to the store to try and find a good whey protein mass buildiing shake that i can take a few times a day to keep myself within the caloric intake i need to cut but not starve myself while running this cycle.

Anyone else notice a decrease in appetite? Subject is taking in lots of water, taurine and potassuim so headaches and cramping have not been a issue.

A mass builder not the best for weight loss... Usually pumped with little protein and lots of carbs. And the carbs are, from what i've seen, sugars.

If you can't eat solid food, it is far better to make your own shake with oatmeal, whey/soy protein, cottage cheese, eggs or maybe some berries or you can also try good meal replacement shakes that do not contain all that maltodextrine or dextrose (sugars).

Great thanks for the input and advice. I am looking at a couple different shakes and reading in the nutrition area also. Any advice on a good shake?
