    EQ/Win/Test-E Need Advice

    I'm 25, 6'1", 180lbs, 11% BF and have been training for 5-6 years (on and off)
    I came with questions before about an anadrol cycle, but was quickly convinced that I shouldn't mess around with that product. Now I have a new cycle in mind, and would like to hear some advice and opinions. My goal is for mass gain, while keeping it lean, and keeping most of the gains after the cycle. I originally thought of stacking with anavar, but that product is expensive, so I was told a better alternative would but winstrol.

    Considering my info, what would the best dosage of each be (Equipoise, Winstrol, and Test), and the best PCT?

    Forgot to add, I haven't used steroids or test before. I know just taking test for a first cycle is what is normally recommended, but I'm not looking into turning this into a long drug cycle. So say this is exactly what I will be taking...

    At 6-1 @ 180 lbs you can gain 20+ pound naturally my friend. What does your diet look like?
    You don't stack your first cycle BTW

    180lbs seems to be my plateau. I started working out weighing 150lbs, so I've gained 30lbs naturally. I can't say I have a specific diet, I eat my vege's, fruits, and more than enough proteins (using a weight gainer protein shake) and I would say I consume for around 3200-3500cal's daily (including my shake). I'm not looking for an easy way out, but I hear so many different things from different people that it's hard to even make out what's good and bad advice.

    You are not plateaued at 180lbs.. diet is 100% what needs to be looked at, as you grow larger you need more food to support new tissue.

    180lbs at 11% bf = 160lbs of lean mass

    160x15 roughly you need 2400 cals a day to stay at 180lbs,, if you want to grow try eating 3000 for 8 weeks , come back and tell me how much you weight..

    bet my pay check youll be 190+...

    break it up 40% protein 40% carbs 20 % fats to start..

    very basic things .. thats all you need. no dialing in is not necessary as of yet... do that REPORT BACK.......

    you are not eating 3000 calories..... bet............. if your guessing im 100% this is your problem...


    if you expect someone here to belive you are eating that and not growing and hoping someone will shoot you a good steroid cycle then your in the wrong place...

    if you cant grow off steroids you wont grow on them!

    What will you do if one if those compounds starts giving you sides or problems and you don't know which one it is? Do you know what AI HcG and pct are? If no then you def not ready for AAS use my friend

    I have been eating for more than 3k cal's. I've always been the kind to have a fast metabolism where I can keep consuming the same amount of cal's, do absolutely nothing, and I lose weight. After some time, my food intake reduces, but it's the fact that if I don't workout I lose. If it were possible to keep on gaining, I wouldn't have contemplated a cycle... I'm at that point, and if it doesn't work out, I'll just keep at it naturally, or should I say with the common supplementation products. Ideally, I would like advice on the dosage, frequency, and if there is a better alternative I am all ears.

    if you want help : legitimately. for the next week write down every meal you eat all day.

    Theres very knowledgeable guys here bro.

    If your metabolism is high we can adjust,

    you need to understand the only key to growth is take in more cals than you use. ( in theory)

    Im telling you.. if you body does not grow off steroids. you 100% will not grow on them

    it is such a false impression people have.

    it is so hard for someone to know what they are eating without it written down i used to think i was eating 4000 and i was at 2800, lol.. fruit n vegies aint going to make you grow..

    im sure someone will jump in and tell you.

    500mg test E per week for 12 weeks

    start pct at week 16-20
    tamox/clomid
    run HCG 250iu 2x per week...


    sure and youll be back at 195 lbs and soon as your off pct youll be posting again

    I told him his tdee, gave him his macros.. and gave him a 1st timers cycle....

    nothings going to help though...

    Yeah I just saw that.. Well if he won't take our advice and is the " I'm gonna do it anyways" then I guess my help and time here in this thread is finished lol good luck buddy we will see you back when your wondering why you only gained 5 lbs

    Hey OP.

    I'm pretty new, and I've been told all kinds of things why not to do steroids.
    I'm going to do it anyway though, and I'm aware of all kinds of side effects, not only from steroids, but all the other compounds as well.

    The steroids, which I've seen for myself, gives steroid rage, heightened blood pressure.
    Some other stuff I've read about, is possible prostate cacer, and it is enlarged.
    Some say they get night sweats, anxiety amongst other things.
    Now, the reason for taking other compounds, estrogen.

    Nolvadex, and Arimidex can inhibit your cognitive function, and Arimidex, can give you prosttae cancer.
    Nolva and Comid can cause vomiting.

    These are just a fraction of the side effects.
    All themselves a thing I like to know, which you should know too.

    How about some real side effects? Bigger problem ones like high cholesterol, high blood press., acne out the a**, shrunken testicles, possible HIV, gyno, liver malfunction, balding, liver failure, cardio problems, ligament and joint injury, weight problems.... And there's more to that list... So when you say you have "read" up on some side effects I highly doubt you have my friend.. Not to mention, do you or

    Ad88 know how and have the right compounds/supplements to stop the side effect or know what to do?
