you are not plateaued at 180lbs.. Diet is 100% what needs to be looked at, as you grow larger you need more food to support new tissue.
180lbs at 11% bf = 160lbs of lean mass
160x15 roughly you need 2400 cals a day to stay at 180lbs,, if you want to grow try eating 3000 for 8 weeks , come back and tell me how much you weight..

Break it up 40% protein 40% carbs 20 % fats to start..

you are not eating 3000 calories..... Bet............. If your guessing im 100% this is your problem...
If you expect someone here to belive you are eating that and not growing and hoping someone will shoot you a good steroid cycle then your in the wrong place...
If you cant grow off steroids you wont grow on them!
