Ya, I'm staying away from Q&A for the most part. Occasionally I throw my two bits in but Im getting a little tired of all the threads started by people looking for fast answers. Seems like every body wants faster results and less investment of time. They just don't get it. I can speak from experience and tell you Dbol only is not worth it. You'll get swollen and lose any definition you had and then once you stop you'll shrink like a balloon in a freezer. Just throw in a low dose of test and you'll actually keep what you gain. The pins are not that bad!

I don’t know how you all do it this section is filled with guys that don’t know their head from their ass. If they took the time to learn on heir own and then came here it be different but they want to be spoon fed and don’t have a good foundation or no how to eat properly for growth with out aas. They don’t realize that to stay at say 230 to 240 you have to eat at least 6 or 7 times a day and that’s just to maintain.
you will probably get bigger and stronger but it will cost you in maximizing your long term muscle gain, not to mention emotionally and in the sack once you come off it.

Dbol only cycles are what people will come and ask about, again and again.
And in 99% of circumstances it’s a bad idea. Running Dbol only is more of a specialty I’d say.
Done it myself, the right way (if there’s a right way to do it that is),
and got insanely ripped on it.
But I also got aggressive as fuck and my joints also did hurt a little, as i clearly didn’t convert enough into methyl estradiol to keep joints happy.
For people running cycles I’d say to stay away from Dbol only.
Or rather, only use Dbol only if you really know what you’re doing and have used lots of AAS before.
Unless you’re a woman, they can in some instances use it alone.
But I’d rather go for anavar or something else most of the time there too.
Basically my point is; almost nobody is should do Dbol only, and those that do, wouldn’t ask questions about if they should run Dbol only.
