    Current BF is 19.3 % and dropping ..............Im in the most improved contest Jim and at almost 51, I need all the edge I can get against these youngins........ With my joints and age, I wouldn't even think about Winny...........guess that's why I know very little about it

    Contest pics are due in on June 18th......was thinkin about running the winny for about 2 weeks..........

    I would run it 4 weeks and get your body fat as low as you can before. Heck you may decide you dont even need it. You can loose 1-2% BF EW with the right nutrition.

    You need to get your diet in check, my friend! 19% bf and winny won't help. Hell, if you need help losing weight go w/ECA till you're down to around 12% and then "maybe" run your winny.

    I used it at 15% while on it I dropped to 11% and made me look really hard..

    What about running a stimulant or clen/t3 if you're trying to drop weight? I'm running phentermine now for a cutting cycle.

    I'm not a fan of winny. Ran it once and it destroyed my ligaments and tendons. Couldn't raise my arms beyond a 15 degree angle I was so dried out and my lipid panel was terrible.
