New to this website, seeking some guidance.
Hey guys, so my name is Chris I'm new.
But I have some questions.
So this summer ill be leaving for Kansas to be playing college football.
And I'm not small.
I just want/need to get a little bigger.
I'm 6'1 and barley at 190
I can bench 230
I'm not sure about any other stats you might need.
My goal is to get to a solid 205, 215 maybe.
I'm 18 so I realize that to some of you, I'm too young.
But I'm pretty sold on steroids . I was wondering if anyone could help me and give me some information on what to use, how and why. I would love to hear everyone's answers.
Thanks guys

Hi Chris.
Can we take a look at your diet and training routine before talking about AAS?

I know this seems to be a standard respose here... But you ARE too young. It seems like a good answer for what you are looking for but steriods are very short sighted at your age and will most likely lead to issues in the future

I don't want to come off rude, I know y'all are helping. And I know I'm too young.
But it's for college football, it's everything I've worked for.
I want to maximize my potential because after college my favorite thing in the world will be a memory.
I plan on experimenting either way.
My diet is low carbs high protein and low sugar.
Water all day everyday.
And a lot of fruit and vegetables.
Workout I lift 3-4 days a week
And cardio everyday.
About an hour per workout.

OK, Chris. I understand. Can you expand a little more on your goals? And your diet is rather vague. We need to know more before we can accurately help.
Thanks.

Goals would probally be bigger arms
Stronger legs
Bigger chest
And more muscle mass in general.
A good 15-20 pounds of solid muscle but don't want to gain much fat. (I know that's hard to do)
And my diet all I eat is a lot of chicken, rice, protein shakes and salads.
And occasionally a hamburger. No sodas or juice.

You are not going to gain 20lbs of muscle with or without aas. Again you need to hit the nutrition forum and get this sorted out

Yeah I totally understand my diet needs to change for gaining muscle.
But, I was pretty set on aas to aid me as well.

Listen to jim....You are too young truthfully (I'm 21 and haven't used any aas yet) but it seems like you're set on your decision for football which I can understand. Either way bro, if you were to run a cycle you would lose all of your gains without a proper diet, nor would those gains be optimal. My advice would be to hold out, but if you go through with it make sure you eat more than two salads a day. Best of luck bro, keep us updated
