    New, help

    Hi, I'm new to steroids but I have friend that have done a few. I just want something to give an extra boost for the summer. I don't want to be big and bulky so I need something that will give me a little lean mass. I'm looking to gain between 10-15 lbs of muscle and more importantly cut some fat. Any suggestions?

    Diet is key to lean gains, fat loss, bulk gains, etc... Steroids are only 10% of the battle the rest is diet and training

    And then you could also try..............Lift, eat, cardio,.......repeat

    Not being a smartass OP............ But until you have the basics down, steroids are a waste of money..

    I'm 20 going on 21 I'm 5'8 and around 170 with about a 17% bf. I have been lifting for a little over 3 years now. My recent workout has involved a lot of cardio and good diet. I'm just looking for a boost for the summer because at school I have a great lifting routine but I'm not sure of my schedule this summer.

    All the more reason not to take steroids...............unknow workout schedule, hot chicks, bikinis, beer partys, ahhhhhhhhhh to be 20 again and know what I know................I would be KING

    Sorry OP...............Save the cash for later............steroids will still be here when you have time...........enjoy the summer while your young and horny!!

    youre 18 and unfortunately even 21 isnt old enough for aas use yet. Get on that diet forum bro

    Takes a bigger commitment than throwing down some juice to look good for the summer. Maybe take a second look at what you are doing diet and gym wise. As anything you would gain soon would be lost on the path you are choosing.

    There is no quick fix. You do a cycle now you gain a few lbs. You go off cycle you go back to where you started from. You don't have a base or the diet to maintain your gains. Sorry but true

    My diet is basically eat as healthy as I can at school. I can't make anything until next year so it's cliff bars, salads, lunch meat subs without dressing, protein shakes I try not to snack but it's hard to eat healthy when even the salads have poor nutritional value and I can't afford to eat elsewhere. Summer should have many improvements

    I see you have changed your stats from your profile......it would be beneficial for you and us to be truthful from the start so that we can give you sound advise.
    At 18 or 21 your still too young IMO and you could get what you need from diet and cardio and good weight training. AAS will only mess with your natural test production and there is a real risk of doing permanent damage.

    I've said it once and I will say it again. What's the point of getting big muscles for the ladies by using steroids, if you can't get it up for the ladies because of steroids?

    I realize I am young and inexperienced but I go to the gym everyday, I have a strong base at the gym. I understand my diet. Im not looking for a "quick fix" as much as I am a boost to continue my lifting. Im in no way shape or form looking to do a cycle and then relax with my new body. I was simply asking what would be the best one to take for someone inexperienced as me, or different supplements other than steroids that can help me reach my goal.

    I did make changes but originally I hadn't put my year date, then I added it after comments were made.

    You're not ready man. Not trying to be a dick, but you havent done your homework and have no clue what you're talking about. Look around this site for a bit do some research. If you're gonna ask us "which steroid should i take to get me big?" then I can't stress enough that youre not ready and could end up doing some serious damage to your body. Just trying to help OP

    Yesterday i woke up around 10 and had a "breakfast essentials nutritional drink" (powder mixed with water) around 1 Tuscan Chicken Blt (tuscan bread, chicken, bacon, lettuce, totmatoe no dressing), then I had a quick granola bar after class around 4 then after the gym around 520 I had a protien shake and a 6 inch turnkey sub w/ hummus lettuce tomato cucumber and olives. After class around 730 i ate a small bag of lightly slated popcorn, then before bed I had a Casein protein shake.

    Why not post up your diet on the nutrition section I can guarantee it can be improved by the gurus there and once that gets nailed gains will come (or fat lost) whatever your goal is.

    I understand the need to use is so tempting but in the long run its much better to wait until your endocrine system is fully developed. There are many guys here, myself included, who have jumped on AAS and paid the consequences for being to rash and foolish.

    I will, thank you for being one of the few to actually make good suggestions. Are there any fat burning supplements/vitamins I could take? I currently take green tree, CLA, amino acids and my fish oils.

    Agreed.... Chelsea Grin that wasn't helpful.
    OP listen the guys here are trying to help they just sometimes go about it a funny way. I can't stress enough the dangers of messing with hormones when your body and your mentality are not ready. I bet you eat well and train well but not good enough because there lies where you can improve. Train big, eat big and be big.

    I wouldn't invest my money on over the counter fat burners they are a waste. I really feel if you want to get shredded your diet needs checking. You said in a post you had 'lightly salted popcorn'????? What's that man it's no good lol

    To start with you need to work out your TDEE then your macros for the good you consume and so on. All this info is in the nutrition section and the guys there are genius. At your age the one thing that will get you everything is hard work. Not pills, steroids or popcorn
