D Bol Cycle help required!
Just need some help regarding my recent Dbol cycle,
Before I start off, here are my stats
Age: 19
Weight: 160lb
Height: 5"10
Yes, I know I am young to take AAS and been advised to wait till a older age. I know the risks to health etc. However I have been training for 2 years now naturally and i am a very hard gainer. I can't put on weight despite eating over 4000 calories a day, everyday. I know your going to say the problem is your too young bla bla, but this is a choice and a risk I have made and will have to live with any consequences.
Now that, this is out of the way here is my concern. I have been on a D bol only cycle taking 30mg ED, it will be 4 weeks on 05/04/13. So nearly 4 weeks, and I have not gained any weight whatsoever. I have seen an increase in strength that is about it. I am also taking milk thistles. The stuff seems to be real as I have showed several people, and I know people who have been on d bol from the exact source and it has worked for them.
My diet seems to be on check, getting about 4000 calories a day , 250g protien, 350g carbs
I have started this cycle and would like to complete now, my question is should I add Test to the cycle if so how do I go about doing this? What test should I take, and how much mg etc.
Here is How my typical day diet looks like (not entirely clean I know, but I don't care Im looking for size not worried about putting on some fat)
Breakfast
White bread x 3 slices
Beans (200g)
3 whole eggs
Sausages x 2
350ml milk
Medium banana
12:00pm - Serious mass weight gainer shake (1/2 serving which is still about 650 cals)
2:00pm - 100g pasta, 100g chicken breast
5:00pm -
Cheese and tomato pizza (full, which is about 900 calories)
Serious mass weight gainer shake (1/2 serving)
7:00pm
can of tuna, with salad
Jacket potato + cheese
10:00pm
Whatever is cooked at home would be around 500-600 calories
12:00pm - serious mass weight gainer (1/2 serving)
Notes: I workout 4 times a week, not much more exercise - I don't even walk i drive everywhere.Last edited by KingGee; 04-02-2013 at 03:02 PM.

You're not eating 4000 Calories.
250g Protein - 1000Cals 350g Carbs - 1400Cals
Total = 2400 Cals.
Unless you are telling me you are eating 178g of Fat which would account for your missing calories?
Where and how did you get these #'s?
You're refusing the health risks and don't want to hear it. Who do you expect to help you?

Maybe you should stop eating Pizza and go look in the nutrition section and develop a proper diet before jumping on a disastrous dbol only cycle in which you refuse to acknowledge the health risks.
You're doing this all wrong and AAS are not the answer.

D Bol will puff you up like a balloon and make you look like shit. When you stop you will deflate. It will shut your test down and you won't be able to get a hard on. I know when I was 19 that was important. Work on your diet in the nutrition section.

I know I need to work on my diet , coming back to my main question if I did take test E at this stage would it be safe? How long should I take it for and how much mg a week

I'm planning to take Nolvadex at 20mg a day and Clomid at 100mg a day?

1) The foods you listed do not offer much in terms of nutrition. Try broccoli, oats, sweet potatoes, olive oil, nuts, black beans, tuna, chicken,
2) You are better off putting a bunch of sugar in your diet than fat, if you are trying to gain weight
3) If you aren't growing, you aren't eating enough. Increase your calories, you obviously don't fall into the typical calculations for TDEE.
Increase your intake until you start growing.
