Just need some help regarding my recent Dbol cycle,
Before I start off, here are my stats
Age: 19
Weight: 160lb
Height: 5"10
Yes, I know I am young to take AAS and been advised to wait till a older age. I know the risks to health etc. However I have been training for 2 years now naturally and i am a very hard gainer. I can't put on weight despite eating over 4000 calories a day, everyday. I know your going to say the problem is your too young bla bla, but this is a choice and a risk I have made and will have to live with any consequences.
Now that, this is out of the way here is my concern. I have been on a D bol only cycle taking 30mg ED, it will be 4 weeks on 05/04/13. So nearly 4 weeks, and I have not gained any weight whatsoever. I have seen an increase in strength that is about it. I am also taking milk thistles. The stuff seems to be real as I have showed several people, and I know people who have been on d bol from the exact source and it has worked for them.
My diet seems to be on check, getting about 4000 calories a day , 250g protien, 350g carbs
I have started this cycle and would like to complete now, my question is should I add Test to the cycle if so how do I go about doing this? What test should I take, and how much mg etc.
Here is How my typical day diet looks like (not entirely clean I know, but I don't care Im looking for size not worried about putting on some fat)
Breakfast
White bread x 3 slices
Beans (200g)
3 whole eggs
Sausages x 2
350ml milk
Medium banana
12:00pm - Serious mass weight gainer shake (1/2 serving which is still about 650 cals)
2:00pm - 100g pasta, 100g chicken breast
5:00pm -
Cheese and tomato pizza (full, which is about 900 calories)
Serious mass weight gainer shake (1/2 serving)
7:00pm
can of tuna, with salad
Jacket potato + cheese
10:00pm
Whatever is cooked at home would be around 500-600 calories
12:00pm - serious mass weight gainer (1/2 serving)
Notes: I workout 4 times a week, not much more exercise - I don't even walk i drive everywhere.
