Test Deca Dbol Cycle
So after alot of reading on the sight I'm thinking this will be my next cycle. I am looking for advice on whether it looks good or what I should change. If you read my first post on this site a couple days ago I am really wanting to keep my gains, as my last cycle I lost almost all of them.
Last Cycle
4 Weeks Anadrol 25 mgs twice a day
6 Weeks Test Prop 100mgs every three days
Proposed Cycle
Weeks 1-3
-Dbol 25mgs/day
-Deca 200mgs/every3days
-Test Cyp 200mgs/every3days -- I'm not sure whether to use test cyp or test e. Also unsure if I should take Deca and Test on the same day.
Weeks 4-10
-Deca 200mgs/every3days
-Test Cyp 200mgs/every3days
Weeks 11-12
-Test Cyp 200mgs/evey3days
Weeks 13 (off)
Weeks 14-15
-Nolvadex 40mgs/day
-Vitamin E 1000iu/day
Weeks 16-17
-Nolvadex 20mgs/day
-Vitamin E 1000iu/day
Weeks 1-12
-Aromasin 10mgs/day
Weeks 1-17
-Milk Thistle 1000mgs/day
Your thoughts and input are appreciated as I want to ensure I am doing this as safe and smart as possible.

^^ I agree with this. Additionally, if you're not running prami/caber vitamin E may not be enough. Id run at least 400mg of B6 along with that. Also Test prop should be pinned EoD at least. Not e3d

Were you happy with the results you got from your last cycle? If yes run it again. If its not broke dont hit it with a damn hammer.

Should I pin Test Cyp e3d and should I pin on the same day as deca ? And are you saying 400mg of b6 everyday?

I was happy with the results but didnt keep much of them and i started getting chest pains I believe from the anadrol . Am i correct in understanding that with the pct i have planned i should retain most of my gains?

6'1, 174lbs, approx 14%bf but not sure. 29yrs old. Lift 3x week and crossfit 4x week. I eat clean, meat and veg and try to avoid processed foods. Approx 3000 cals/day. I want to up it but Im not sure how without eating less healthy options. Suggestions on foods to eat?

You dont have much of a base at that height with those stats
No point to the deca at all.
Test Cyp for 12 weeks 250mg E3.5D and you will see great reuslts... adjust your PCT to start 2 weeks after, not 1. Technically something like 16 days, but splitting hairs at that point
IMHO though, lifting 3 days is not going to be much when trying to gain muscle, not matter how much gear you take

pct add clomi with tamoxifen std pct protocol.
After your cycle continue to eat big until your pct is over this should help keep gains don't go into a cal restricted diet when your recovering, also this is a good time to deload after 16 weeks of lifting heavy and to failure.

Yes Im not a big guy by any means, but thats what I am trying to change. Why do you say there is no point to deca ? Dont misunderstand me, I do strict lifting 3x week, but am at the gym doing olympic lifts with other crossfit programming and additional 3-4x week.

I was reading that you dont need clomi if taking novadex? How much clomi and tamoxifen do you recommend for pct and on what schedule? If using the same pin for deca and test how many ml total does that work out to be? It seems like the injection would be large. And if using the same time, do you use a different head on the pin when entering each vile?

You just dont have a good base.This is do to your diet and unless you change it.All the aas in the world wont help.I suggest you get your diet in order.Then in 6 or 8 months cycle or you will be wasting your money.
