I'm not real lean, I'd guess ~17%-18% bodyfat judging by that reference picture.
I've been using 1" and it's all good, but not sure if I'm getting deep enough? My buddy also has used this for years.
I'm sort of nervous about a 1.5" because I feel like it's 50%more chance of hitting nerves/arteries (lol). But also nervous about lumps or whatever...
