    First cycle planning

    Hello everyone
I'm new in this forum and just thought it would be a good idea to ask more experienced users for opinions/facts about my first cycle.

    My stats:
    Age: 23
    Height: 6'1 ft
    Weight: 173lbs
    Lifting: 2.5 years, 3-5 times/week
    Bodyfat: around 10%

I basically started lifting from nothing, I was 127lbs and pretty much looked f****d up, like a skeleton or something. I've worked hard and put my diet together, ready put whatever effort it takes to get to 200lbs of lean muscle. Still skinny, but I feel like theres not too much of gains coming my way naturally with the genes I have(yeah, I know, old excuse etc. but nevertheless, the truth)

So, to the point of this post, this is what I thought would be my first and pretty mild cycle:
10-12 weeks (Do you think 12 instead of 10 would make pct any harder, or would it have difference on the health aspect?)

    Test E 250mg/week (divided monday/thursday)
Dianabol 20mg/day for first 4 weeks (divided twice/day)
Hcg 250iu every 4 days from week 3-10 (or 12)

    Pct(after 2 weeks off everything):

Nolva 20mg twice/day for first week
Nolva 20mg per day for 3 weeks
Tribulus after all that (does it have any effect?)

I was planning to do this cycle during summer, so plenty of time to make changes. What are your thoughts on the age, do you think there's a big difference between starting 23y/o or 25?

Bro you are too light for your size. This tells me you have no base and your diet is lacking.AAS isnt a quick fix bro get your diet in order and put on another 10 to 15lbs naturally before you cycle.

I hate the "bro you're too small". It's the same advice given to 76% of the people looking to start here. Along with you're too young. We're all here to get help getting bigger for whatever reason
I think you're not in a bad place man. I was 205 wit some decent body fat when I decided to cycle. And I cut to 172lbs 10% bf. I think it was the best decision I made. Growth was much more noticeable and I stayed defined with somewhat visible abs throughout. Even when I peaked at 25lbs gained over 10wks
This looks pretty close to my cycle even too.
I would up the test to 500mg/wk
I like shorter cycles, but if you're goin test E I would stick to 12/wks. Seems to be the recommended staple here.

Well, I eat about 3500-3800kcal every day (320g protein, 190g carbs, 160g fat) 7 meals/day. Although pretty much screwed up the diet for the first year of training. But do you think I should eat even MORE?
And yes, I know that juicing ain't the "quick fix" that everyones looking for.

No need to add more. If you're looking to gain 500cal over maintainence is all you really need.
Go into the nutrition section and find your TDEE and go from there. Fats may be a bit high though. I'd try to stick to under 100g at least
