Im 6' 3" tall. I weight about 215 pounds.

I eat chicken lean beef which i cook on my foreman grille. I also eat tuna. Plus i eat fruit vegatables. I eat every two hours. Plus i have proetin shakes and also eggs.
I would have to say im between 20-25% bf. According to chart
I would head over to the Nutritional Forums and focus on your diet and reduce you BF down to around 15%, or lower. Then concentrate on your strength.
