Dont know what to do?
Im 31 and been traing hard for about 6 years. Eating right and training like i should. Not sure what to take to help with ize and strength. Any advise would help. Thank

I eat chicken lean beef which i cook on my foreman grille. I also eat tuna. Plus i eat fruit vegatables. I eat every two hours. Plus i have proetin shakes and also eggs.

I would head over to the Nutritional Forums and focus on your diet and reduce you BF down to around 15%, or lower. Then concentrate on your strength.
