    Female new to anavar

I just joined this site because I started an anavar cycle yesterday. I'm a bikini competitor wanting to switch to women's physique and I'm looking to put on some size and have that lean, rock hard look. I was hoping somebody with more experience can tell me about their experience / what I can expect from this cycle. This is my first cycle and it's going to be 8 weeks. I weigh 122, I'm 5 ft 5, and my body fat is 15%. I'm eating 2000 cal a day and my training split is 3 days on 1 day off (chest/tris, back/bis, legs, rest) I'm taking 10 mg a day ( 5mg in the morning, 5 at night)
Today I did dead lifts for the first time in at least a month and did 135 for 8 reps. Last time I did dead lift I could barely do 135 for 3 reps so it looks like I'm already seeing some strength gains. I didn't think I woud so soon. Is this normal?

Pretty impressive stats. . . Take a look in the member's cycle results. There are few real recent ones that have been logged. Should give you some real good info on what you are looking for.

    Good luck!

No you will not get strenght gains from one day use of Var...as Samson stated, their are a cpl women running and logging their cycles that can and will gladly steer you right
