Yes it does once you go on their website and set it all up yes, it's a great ap.

As I have learnt my calorie needs through diet adjusting and keeping track of weight movement, I customise my needs and input all my own data, but if you are new to dieting and require educated guesstimate for how many calories you require yes it does this for you, but gauge your results and adjust it correctly to suit yourself as all tdee calculators are really only just a guide, my actual tdee is 700-800 calories off what most calculators say, but you have to start somewhere then adjust it to suit.

One quick tip always cross reference the foods you enter, as some of it has been entered wrong as it relies heavily on other users, so ensure what you are entering is correct, you even have to cross reference the barcode scanners because even they are off at times.

Once you have found accurate inputs for your foods it all gets stored as favourites anyway so it's really only the first week or two, you will have to check your input with the actual food packaging nutrition table.

That's true aus good point. Regarding my mentioning the scanner, it's fairly accurate but off enuff that I had to double check. Very user friendly I found it.
