Strength questions
Hey everyone.
Noob to steroids in general other than the few educational threads I've read here on the forums.
Looking for a bit of information.
My first thread I stated that I wanted to avoid pinning... However, I realize that's not going to happen.
Stats -
Age 24
Height 5'11''
Weight 189lbs
Bench 285
Squat 370
DL (Never max on this)
Goals
I'm looking to get stronger. Yes, size is important to me, but overall, I want to have huge gains on my lifts.
I started with D-Bol (50mg/day) without a test backup which I now know is probably wrong for me.
I also have learned that most people on a D-Bol only cycle loose a lot after the cycle ends.
So to avoid any massive loss of gains during off cycle, what should I be taking to keep my strength up and continue to get stronger?
I have my PCT ready (Nolvadex liquid) and plan to take that for the 30 days after I'm finished cycling.
Any information is appreciated.

You need to start taking test otherwise your wasting your time, the research you have done is correct no need to go against it.

Right, so test + d-bol
I was also reading about something that lubricates the joints so you can move more weight essentially? Deca ?
I think that's what it was.
After running test, are you on the same PCT?

If you've already started the dbol I would start running test prop right away! Get it in your system and workin to keep your gains. Then come off of the dbol. 2 weeks later come off the prop and pct.
spend time starting a better cycle down the road and have everything in front of you before you start. It's a mistake a lot of us have made, especially, at the beginning.

Thanks Chive. I'll continue to read up around here.
Do you think the above 500mg/week is an appropriate dosage for a first timer?

you don't need deca the now mate a few good test cycles first.

500 is a great place to start as its already 2-3x higher than the natural levels of someone in thier late teens / early 20s. Which is as high as it naturally gets.
500mg is great for a long ester, but since you've already started the dbol and don't have over a month to let it kick in. I'd run test prop at 100mg EoD. It's still more than you produce by double. It'll kick in faster and will allow you control your stopping point much more accurately.
As I said start it right away and run it two weeks past the dbol. Maybe three then come off everything and pct

not too familiar with the terminology and acronyms, what's an ai?

I have everything readily available
and the test prop at 100mg eod is per week correct?

EoD is every other day
AI is an aromatase inhibitor. Ie, adex at .25mg every other day OR aromasin at 12.5mg ED.
It will control your estrogen levels so you don't get bloated/ bitch tits/ gyno/ libido problems / etc

So that would mean you're pinning prop 100mg on mon/we'd/fri/sun/
Tues/thurs/sat/
Mon/wed/fri/sun/ etc.
see where I'm going with this?
It may be prudent to just stop and pct. I know it's not what you want to hear but you really aren't understanding the basics of what you're putting into your body and that's a dangerous game to play
