My 1st plan looked like this:
Test-E weeks 1-16 @ 400mg
Eq weeks 1-14 @ 300mg
(No oral jumper)
Was also getting 40ml's of Test-E so that i will have around 18 shots left over to run a low Test only cycle for when i switch back to mostly Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai training; (after PCT & proper time off ofcourse!). I know the popular doses would be Test @500 & Eq @400, but i react very well to gear & at my age health is always kept in mind no matter what the goals are. Goals are steady lean strength gains, (almost a cutter stack), with higher endurance, (another reason to run lower doses), all while dropping body fat & being able to keep those gains easier after PCT.
Then i read up on running Proviron thru the cycle to keep me dryer & help give that harder look eliminating the bloat from the test. Ive never had any issues in the past with sides, (deca dick, hair loss, gyno, etc), that would require anti's thru a cycle, but ofcourse i will have some on hand just incase.
After pricing out the Test, Eq, & Prov, it was just more then i wanted to spend... SO enter plan B, a Test-E/Proviron cycle. Test-E @500mgs, & Prov @50mgs daily thruout & into PCT. Will run it for 12 weeks, then ill still have enough leftover to run that low dosed Test only cycle that i mentioned above.
My stats/Info: 36yo, 6'even, currently at 248 down from 268 & still dropping, (goal is 230-235), as im on an intermitten fasting diet, (16hr fast with an 8hr eating window & proper diet). Will continue this until the gut is gone & then ill start the cycle, continuing with a more normal dialed in diet.
Cycle history, shit i think ive ran everything there is, but the kicker here is that its been about 5yrs since ive cycled. Been in the gym since age 20, ran my 1st cycle at 26 & completed 5 or 6 cycles by age 31.
Not much more i can think of as far as info u guys need, so the simple easy question, is running the Test/Proviron a better option then the 1st listed cycle listed above??
