    How much to eat to recomp on tren/test/t3?

    I'm currently taking tren and test and have been on for almost 2 weeks. I'm about to add t3 and some ephedrine to the mix because I'm aiming to recomp this cycle. So what do you guys think? I normally cut at around 2300 cals off cycle. So I was thiking to recomp with the fact I'm on tren + t3, maybe around 3300? or maybe even more? I don't know, I know t3 ups your metabolism quite a bit though and obviously tren is great for fat burning and muscle building. Wanted to hear from some others who have ran this cycle before. Obviously gonna try to keep protein really high, like 300g a day.

    Doses look like-
    Tren A- 350 mg EW (525 last two weeks)
    Test P- 175 mg EW (running two weeks after off tren at 525 /wk)
    T3 - 50 mcg /day

    Also
    Age - 24
    Weight - 195
    Height - 5'10"
    BF% - 13

    simply cause I have extra so I figure why not? if I'm not having any sides by then I might as while bump it, since if anything it will just help promote continued gains (especially since 8 weeks is the common mark for those to slow down). 525 isn't anything too crazy. But that's beside the point of this thread haha.

    On second thought I may do 75 for the t3... 100 seems overkill though, I'm gonna see how 75mcg works out. Has anyone ran tren/test before while not cutting (i.e. recomp or something)? I'm interested in how the results were. How much you were eating, how much protein, how much t3, bodyfat lost, muscle gained, etc... I'm thinking tren + t3 should make an awesome recomp stack.

    The more I read, the more I'm thinking I should be eating even more cals on this shit. Might go for the upper 3000s tbh. I still want to gain muscle, just want something to help me out in the leaning out process, especially since I like to eat lol.

    Also might start dose around 60 mcg and see how that works out then move up to 75 if I need it. I feel like 50 is a little on the low side, but 75 might be more than I want.

    Whilst on tren I believe recomp can be achieved with any amount of clean calories, as long as their is some cardio involved and a non sedentary lifestle. It truley is an awesome compound!

    Agreed^^^^^ even at 500 calories over maintenance (clean calories) tren will still lean you out.
