    Sweating All The Time ?

When I was on Tren I would sweat at night to the point of having to change shirts three times as well as my three pillows. I would sweat a lot of other times. Years ago when working in the corporate arena wearing a coat n tie I would sweat like a pig while on cycle.
Now I am on low dose Test n Deca and I sweat one shirt at night. My hair gets wet. When I eat ANYTHING a small sandwich or glass of milk or a shake I break out in a sweat and wet my t-shirt. I just stay sticky and sweaty. I keep my air at home at 71 degrees. I go to a meeting and the room is 74 and everyone is comfortable I am fanning myself because I'm sweating. Why and mostly why when I eat something. Does my digestive system get that taxed with a half a sandwich. ....crazy mike

SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY I SWEAT WHEN I EAT ?

    awww...

    ...the "sweat-O-meter index, eh?

I go through this too mike. It's just one of those things for me. You get up to take a leak, and you hate to get back in bed due to wet sheets, so i throw the top sheet over the bottom sheet, and sleep that way, on top of the top sheet.

let's do a little experiement, and this will sound strange.

put on a tshirt before going to bed, or if alread a tshirt, a longer sleeve or thicker material.

I never wear a tshirt, but when my sweating gets to be out of control, i put a shirt on and for some reason, my sweating stopped.

i think what it is for me, is without the tshirt, in the middle of the night, i pull the covers up, which makes me sweat. with the tshirt on, i don't pull the covers up as much, and not nearly the sweating.

    ...something to think about?

when your body metabolizes food, especially on cycle, it is burning more energy than normal. ever heard of the thermic effect of food? its literally increasing your metabolism, and metabolism is a measure of energy expenditure. energy expenditure = heat

so, you eat, and your body gets hotter. thus the sweating
Running t3 and tren you notice this so much more. i keep my home at 60 degrees and walk around shirtless when im using t3 and tren.

Ha, I walk around as naked as the wife will let me. But naked promotes hmmmm, hmmm...won't go there and neither will she. But back to sweating I'm always running very hot. I can't get cool in an auto during the day do to the sun and the hot spots in the car. Anyone's car. ...cm

I do have a heat exchange problem but this is really bad, I will be ok in the L/r and eat a half a sandwich and break out in a sweat. Or sometimes I could just drink down some juice or mild and breakout in sweat. Yes but not like this when on cycle. ...cm
